CNC Setter/operator - Chichester, United Kingdom - Aprotec Instrumentation

We are small precision design, manufacturing and assembly company exporting 95% of everything we manufacture.

We are based in Chichester, West Sussex and seeking an experienced new member of the team for the efficient running of our modern CNC workshop.

Duties will include;
CNC Milling 5 axis & 3 axis, Turning. Fanuc/Hurco control experience would be an advantage but not essential. Programming experience online and offline with fusion 360 would be helpful.
Other workshop duties to consist of quality control, some finishing processes, cleanliness and housekeeping of the workplace.

There may also be an opportunity within our new assembly area to be involved in some exciting new work we are undertaking.

Some fine soldering experience would be advantageous.

Personal Attributes;
Conscientious, flexible approach is essential.
A team player with good communication skills.
Full, clean driving license.

Hours of work;
37 hr week
7.30am to 4pm Mon-Thurs with 30 mins lunch break
7.30am to 12.30 Friday
Overtime a possibility

Permanent position

Salary negotiable depending on experience


Pay:
£14.00-£17.00 per hour
