Lettings Administrator- This is a varied position, Rent-AHome is a successful letting agent and looking to employ an experienced administrator with a lettings or property background
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish advantage
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Must be ambitious and highly motivated
- Previous Residential Lettings experience preference
- Excellent customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES: - To answer the telephone and deal with any customer/client enquiries. To take messages
- To welcome people coming into the office and deal with any enquiries they may have.
- To arrange viewings at properties for applicants.
- To maintain and record an accurate list of the allocation and movement of property keys
- To confirm and propose a new tenancy on the computer and follow the necessary procedures.
- Follow up daily job list produced by our "Rent Software" includes, Gas, Electricity, Fire& emergency lighting, Smoke alarm, Tenants deposit certificates.
- Respond to maintenance issues, inform landlordclients, allocate works to subcontractors, get estimates, follow up until completion of the works and record them on related clients file.
