Lettings Administrator

  • This is a varied position, Rent-AHome is a successful letting agent and looking to employ an experienced administrator with a lettings or property background

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish advantage
  • A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
  • A strong customer focus
  • Desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
  • Must be ambitious and highly motivated
  • Previous Residential Lettings experience preference
  • Excellent customer service skills
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To answer the telephone and deal with any customer/client enquiries. To take messages
where necessary and pass them on to the relevant person.

  • To welcome people coming into the office and deal with any enquiries they may have.
  • To arrange viewings at properties for applicants.
  • To maintain and record an accurate list of the allocation and movement of property keys
  • To confirm and propose a new tenancy on the computer and follow the necessary procedures.
  • Follow up daily job list produced by our "Rent Software" includes, Gas, Electricity, Fire& emergency lighting, Smoke alarm, Tenants deposit certificates.
  • Respond to maintenance issues, inform landlordclients, allocate works to subcontractors, get estimates, follow up until completion of the works and record them on related clients file.
