About Our Client:
The Part Time HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Taking a lead role in all areas of HR administration
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Managing the onboarding process
- Updating and maintaining employee files
- Assisting in employee relations cases
- Assisting in the development of the training matrix
- Query resolution
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Part Time HR Coordinator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate, including all Microsoft Office packages
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- A genuine desire to learn
