Activities Coordinator

An exciting and rare opportunity to join Twelve Trees Care Ltd as a passionate and caring Activities Co-Ordinator.

You will be joining an existing team as the only full-time member to support, create and develop activities suitable for day care residents.

We require someone with passion for care, a creative and strategic mind able to adapt to varying needs.

Many of the team have been with Twelve trees for over 20 years A company that listen to and support their staff with a focus on retention.

All staff are highly trained in delivering person-cantered care for each client and both the Care Home and Home Care have "Good" CQC ratings.

Now for the essential criteria

You will be responsible for planning and organising day care, working alongside the other Activities Co-Ordinator's to arrange fun and meaningful experiences and welcoming new day care clients to the care home.

Being responsible for providing a high level of care, individually tailored to each client based on their needs and personal preferences whilst they are visiting the home on a Day Care basis.

It is essential that you have a minimum of one year in a care and are able to support with personal care when needed.

Day care clients are collected from their own home in a company Wheelchair Assisted Vehicle so must be over 25 with a full UK drivers license and confident driving a WAV.

Minimum 1 Year UK care experience. Must have UK driving license.

Salary:
£11.55 per hour
