£90,000-£100, % BONUS

THE COMPANY
An exciting role working for a market-leading marketplace.

They are ahead of the game in terms of their development in their sector, steps above their competitors, and are currently in an exciting time of growth.

They are looking for a Head of Growth totake full ownership of their mobile app, developing a growth strategy with a very commercial mindset.

THE ROLE
As a Head of Growth, you will report directly into the Director level.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

Work on understanding the customer, looking across acquisition, retention, conversions, segmentations etc.
Track performance of growth and provide strategies to optimise this.
Work crossfunctional with product, content, marketing automation, CRM to develop the app growth across the business.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Head of Growth will have:

A strong understanding of customer growth strategy.
Experience working in an app environment, ideally with a startup business who have gone through extensive growth.
The ability to see the commercial value of data and provide insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with Clevel stakeholders.
