Cherry Care Homes are looking to recruit for a General Maintenance Assistant

About us -


Cherry Care Homes are purpose-built care homes, set in Cowes on the Isle of Wight it is within easy distance of the mainland, serviced by hourly commuter links.

About the role -

  • Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment, and grounds
  • Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order
  • Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible

About you -

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • To be friendly and approachable.
  • Work to a high standard.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of standards and regulations for this role.
  • Have good general DIY and maintenance skills.
  • Drivers license is essential, own transport preferable.
