We are seeking a hardworking Creative Marketeer to join an internationally renowned fine jewellery brand. This individual will execute the marketing strategy through content, e-commerce, and CRM, and drive growth with a key focus on acquiring new clients

Additionally, the brand can be seen adorning celebrity clientele.


THE ROLE


As the Creative Marketeer, you will work cohesively with the E-Commerce Associate to develop the annual marketing calendar, performance marketing, and social strategy, as well as overseeing international social-first 360 campaigns, growing the brand through e-comm and social.

The individual will deliver the content strategy and manage the calendar across all marketing channels, web, social and newsletter. Overseeing the development and implementation of seasonal strategies for new customer attraction, customer retention and increases conversion rates.


Therefore, you must be fluent in the best practices of social media (Instagram, Facebook, and other key social platforms), and show deep understanding of the most effective and current content strategies used by these platforms, showing passion towards creating compelling content, videos and articles that best play to each of those platform strategies.


Your Main Responsibilities Include

  • Develop the marketing calendar monthly.
  • Translate indepth marketing figures/stats into key insights and action points.
  • Develop a strategic framework contributing towards responsible and mindful growth of the brand.
  • Manage and liaise with global press agencies, maximising global press coverage opportunities.
  • Manage content and press team internally and manage Graphic Design and Copywriter.
  • Provide wholesalers with creative assets on a monthly and adhoc basis.
  • Responsible for social media execution to drive KPIs.
  • Create monthly social media plans aligned with marketing & comms strategy including social stories, partnerships, sponsored activity, a/b tests.
  • Manage monthly social plans across channels including content, shoots, editing, producing and influencer activity.
  • Deliver accurate reporting on performance by channel, highlighting growth potential.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a sophisticated, yet technical understanding, of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook.
  • Advance and refine integrated digital strategies, as well as social strategies for specific campaigns, launches and projects across key brand and product marketing campaigns.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience and/or experience in a digital ecommerce business
  • A solid comprehension of creative brand identity, and an interest in fine jeweller, luxury, art, style, and design.
  • Autonomous, proactive with the ability to build, manage and maintain multiple external relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to execute projects with a good commercial understanding.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Team player who can work with a diverse group of people.
  • Strong writing, grammar, and AP style background
