**Occupational Health Nurse Advisor - IN-HOUSE - Network Rail - MAXIMUM OF 4 CASES PER DAY
35 Hour Working Week
London Victoria**Greys Specialist Recruitment and Network Rail are working in partnership for their NEW in-house Occupational Health department. Their main goal is to focus on the immediate and long-term health of their employees; their health comes first. They want to empowerthe Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to change and improve people's health. Working with Network Rail will give career progression and learning and development opportunities.

Network Rail will have 22 Occupational Health Centres across the UK.

All the OH Centres will be equipped with all of the necessary equipment you would expect in a modern-day service.

Occupational Health Nurse Advisor


Working as part of a national Occupational Health team, the Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will be an integral part of a pro-active occupational health team.

Network Rail want their team to focus on the employee's health and wellbeing on a short and long-termbasis. Building relationships with the employee's, the managers, and the wider business. There will also be opportunities to work with the team on UK wide projects, covering different topics.


The Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will have a minimum case time of 1.5 hours, this may be longer depending on the case.


Day-to-day the Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will:

  • Carry out a maximum of 4 cases per day
  • Give evidencebased advice
  • Build relationships with managers, employees and all parts of the business
  • Be the main point of contact for OH

The role will also include:

  • Visiting different departments within the business to see how people work
  • Being a team player within a UK wide team
  • Proactive occupational health
  • Evidence based occupational health
  • Constantly learning about the rail industry
