Opportunity to join a large business as a Credit Controller on a Part Time bases. The role will be 24-25 hours per week, with flexibility on how you work the hours. The role will pay £25,000 FTE

Page Personnel are working with an exciting and forward thinking business, leading within their field. They have an opening for a Part Time Credit Controller to join their growing Finance team.

Description

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

Raise and issue sales invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
Posting and allocating of receipts as they are received
Identify and prioritise debtors with overdue accounts & subsequent reporting to Sales + Finance teams
Set and monitor credit limits
Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
Calling clients to collect outstanding monies
Set up payment plans where required to secure debt
Bank payment approvals
Adhoc duties as required

Profile

Previously worked within Credit Control
Desirable
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Required
Excellent attention to detail
Required
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Required
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Required
Be studying towards or fully AAT qualified
Desirable
