Opportunity to join a large business as a Credit Controller on a Part Time bases. The role will be 24-25 hours per week, with flexibility on how you work the hours. The role will pay £25,000 FTE

Page Personnel are working with an exciting and forward thinking business, leading within their field. They have an opening for a Part Time Credit Controller to join their growing Finance team.


Description

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

  • Raise and issue sales invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Posting and allocating of receipts as they are received
  • Identify and prioritise debtors with overdue accounts & subsequent reporting to Sales + Finance teams
  • Set and monitor credit limits
  • Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Calling clients to collect outstanding monies
  • Set up payment plans where required to secure debt
  • Bank payment approvals
  • Adhoc duties as required

Profile

  • Previously worked within Credit Control
  • Desirable
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Required
  • Be studying towards or fully AAT qualified
  • Desirable
