Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead as part of the Adarma People team, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring teams, helping them attract, hire and retain talent.
- Directly source a range of roles (entry level to executive) using advanced headhunting techniques.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hiring process to ensure decisions are free from bias and we are fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Participate in the review and improvement of the hiring process.
- You will have the potential to crossskill within the People Team and explore areas such as People Operations, Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) or develop into a more experienced Talent Acquisition role.
- You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the cyber security industry.
- Background in IT / technical recruitment in a company that is scaling.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills with the ability to grow and network quickly.
- A mindset that advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion within a hiring process.
- Confidence in coaching hiring teams on talent acquisition / hiring best practice.
- Experience working on talent marketing campaigns would be beneficial.
- Our people team is collaborative, so a wider interest in selfdevelopment outside the remit of talent acquisition would be beneficial.
This is a hybrid role based from our London office (2 days per week on site / 3 days from home).
