What you'll do

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead as part of the Adarma People team, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring teams, helping them attract, hire and retain talent.

Directly source a range of roles (entry level to executive) using advanced headhunting techniques.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hiring process to ensure decisions are free from bias and we are fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Participate in the review and improvement of the hiring process.

How you'll grow

You will have the potential to crossskill within the People Team and explore areas such as People Operations, Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) or develop into a more experienced Talent Acquisition role.
You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the cyber security industry.

What you'll bring

Background in IT / technical recruitment in a company that is scaling.
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills with the ability to grow and network quickly.
A mindset that advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion within a hiring process.
Confidence in coaching hiring teams on talent acquisition / hiring best practice.
Experience working on talent marketing campaigns would be beneficial.
Our people team is collaborative, so a wider interest in selfdevelopment outside the remit of talent acquisition would be beneficial.

This is a hybrid role based from our London office (2 days per week on site / 3 days from home).
