THE ROLE
As a UPS and Batteries Contract Management Lead, you will be in charge of the following activities:
- Act as an entry point for the client organization concerning all topics linked to the UPS and Batteries contracts and to produce support to the Client organization for technical issues.
- Ensure the technical management of the supplier and support the Client in its contractual relationship with the supplier during the contract execution phase (in particular with regard to compliance with the schedule, costs, and scope of supply and studies).
- Review supplier documents according to technical referential in time with a good level of quality and coordinate the documentary review of the various contributors.
- Produce comment sheets via a dedicated tool to the supplier and organise clarification with the supplier if needed.
- Manage modifications on the contracts to inform the supplier via CTS (Contract Transfer Sheet) sent to the Client via dedicated tools.
- Ensure entry point for all modifications, technical issues or nonconformities coming from site activities.
- Ensure the management of risks, opportunities, open points and modifications of its contract with the Client.
- Followup of the activity of manufacturing for the project in interface with other stakeholders.
- Manage the interfaces with the qualification part performed in France.
- Follow up on all the Delivery to Site dates for the equipment.
You might be supported by one or several technical leads in your role, depending on the workload required for the supplier document review.
This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other types of equipment or projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Relevant experience in the nuclear industry, experience in working on an operating plant or an industrial site.
- Experience in the management of transverse technical and contractual topics.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
- Knowledge of the HPC project or previous EPR and associated studies/doctrine.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and to manage interactions with an international and multidisciplinary team.
- Conscientiousness, organisation, writing ability to ensure document production, steering and interfaces with the various correspondents.
- Ability to prioritise, to manage numerous interfaces, to question and understand the imperatives of other downstream disciplines.
- Ability to effectively manage own workload in order to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Frenchspeaking and writing would be an advantage.
