About you:
- You'll be someone who already works well in a busy team environment and can adapt to changing situations and customer demands.
- You will be someone who likes to investigate customer queries and seeks a resolution making sure that the customers experience is of the highest standard possible.
The Role
As an Account Executive working in our Change of Ownership (COO/COT) or Midmarket customer service teams you will work with a range of small-medium enterprise (SME) business customers to understand their queries and seek a resolution, using investigation and analysis and working with colleagues across the business to ensure a timely resolution.

Working Pattern
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home.
