Early leave on FridaysStudy support if required**A growing business is looking for a payroll professional to join the team. You will be able to support your team while keeping them on track with deadlines. Updating the company and team on new policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
- Processing of monthly salaries for salaried staff, using Sage, obtaining payroll approval from the relevantDirectors/divisional leads
- Ensure Payroll team prepare, produce and check weekly and monthly timesheets and payroll reports.
- Accurate employee records updated and payment to temp workers
- Ensure accurately expense claims are authorised
- Process P45s to leavers on a weekly basis
- Manage Year End payroll ensuring new payroll tax codes and allowances are updated. Produce the P11D's distribute and submit to Accounts dept
- Manage all payments of SMP, SSP & SPP and all attachments of earnings, Child Support Agency and government agencies
- PAYE period end reporting to accounts department
- Produce reports Managers/Directors as required.
- Work closely with all payroll software suppliers for any updates necessary.
