This thriving Lexcel accredited firm in Kent is looking for Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy property team in Ashford.

Your role as Commercial Property Solicitor will involve handling a busy caseload of commercial property files, dealing with a range of matters including advising on commercial leases, dealing with disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work and securedlending.

You will be highly organised and enjoy being busy. This practice strives to offer an exceptional client service and has an excellent reputation throughout Kent.

This is a succession planning vacancy, and the firm is looking for someone who is ambitious and would be keen to head up the department.
