Our Care Coordinators play a vital role in our mission by making sure local care operations run smoothly and successfully for everyone.


Main Resposibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating weekly rotas on People Planner (Experience of Access Software is highly beneficial but training will be provided if you have used other rota systems)
  • Managing care needs with clients and their families
  • Dealing with care professionals' enquiries and resquests
  • Keeping essential records up to date
  • Working with the Registered Manager to ensure a safe, effective and efficient service
  • A key member of the oncall and backup team
  • Some work in the field with clients is required from time to time

We are looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join our busy, growing team. Experience of Access People Planner would be a distinct benefit.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
