Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 15:30

Salary:
£22,369 - £24,054 (Actual salary is pro rata for weeks worked 39 weeks)


We are seeking to appoint positive, self-motivated Learning Support Assistant's who will demonstrate a commitment to the strong values of this school and support the personal growth and development of all children and adults in our school community.


We are looking for staff who can work well as part of our wider school/Phase teams and contribute to provision and practice, as well as providing some cover supervision.


  • Good Maths and English skills (Minimum GCSE Level A
  • C)
  • A positive and selfmotivated mindset
  • A professional and positive attitude and that they are supportive of their colleagues.
  • High expectations for all children and a commitment to developing their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of interventions to support children working below age expectations
  • A good understanding of children who have social and emotional issues
  • A positive, calm and supportive nature
  • Passion for and commitment to, working with children within this community
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of how children develop communication, interaction and language skills.
  • The ability to be flexible and selfmotivated
