The Role
STEM graduates wanted

In this graduate scheme you will essentially learn how to run your own business.

During the graduate scheme you will gain exposure to all areas of the business from administration processes to marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will grow in their complexity and significance as you quickly learn the business and how to add value.

The role will require someone who is extremely motivated and capable of both working in a team environment and independently.

You will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate initiative across a range of tasks and this will be encouraged.

This position is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, likes a challenge and would like to understand how a business runs from multiple different perspectives.

Having a strong academic background is essential in this role.
