Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The Project Executive role sits within the consumer research team within Endeavor Analytics. You will be helping to deliver our new customer satisfaction and audience illumination research programme.

This programme systematically monitors the performance of our events - from professional tennis events to music festivals - across a number of purchase and attendance metrics, and surfaces insights in real time to leadership and event marketers & managers.


You will support all aspects of the research process and work closely with other project partners - notably our Customer Data Platform team and Data Services team.

80% of the role will be dedicated to programme management and development, and 20% will be supporting use of the data and generating insights & recommendations.

Programme Management and Development (80%)

Ensure the fitness for purpose of the project as an effective data collection tool including:

  • Capture the requirements for each event and incorporate them into the standard questionnaires we have developed.
  • Build and test each survey in Qualtrics, and ensure the respondent experience is optimised.
  • Schedule and manage the mail out of each survey in Qualtrics.
  • Set up fieldwork monitoring and report progress across for all event surveys.
  • Maintain data quality through regular checking and cleaning.
  • Own the project timings and dependencies, and maintain effective working relationships with internal project partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the programme.
  • Help improve the way we collect our data and the information we collect.
Insights Generation (20%)

  • Support end user usage of the insight platform.
  • Proactively share and leverage knowledge across Endeavor Analytics and around the business.
  • Continuously enhance the customer satisfaction and audience illumination research programme by streamlining execution and enriching reporting in line with evolving insight needs of the business.

This role would be based at our Chiswick Business Park office.


PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge and experience

Mandatory

  • Prior experience in quantitative market research or consumer insights agency, or a strong desire to enter this field and learn on the job.
Desirable

  • Exposure to research skills, in work or at university, including questionnaire design, survey programming in Qualtrics (or a similar platform), and data analysis.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and the project team.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
  • Strong personal and organizational skills.
  • Work with the team to take ideas from inception to delivery.
  • Able to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable way.

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience of using online survey tools
  • Qualtrics or a similar survey platform preferred. If not, an absolute willingness to learn and use Qualtrics.
  • High level of competence MS office suite
  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
