Main purpose of job:

As a Recruitment Coordinator to support Slough HR in the delivery of change, innovation, efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Help prepare and manage:
- recruitment campaigns
- specialist individual recruitment

Managing and supporting recruitment packs
Managing recruitment processes using systems
Regular data management in Agresso

What you will need to have:

Previous experience of dealing with recruitment.
Broader HR experience.
Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Confidence to manage internal stakeholders.
