Main purpose of job:

As a Recruitment Coordinator to support Slough HR in the delivery of change, innovation, efficiencies and continuous improvement.


Help prepare and manage:
- recruitment campaigns
- specialist individual recruitment

  • Managing and supporting recruitment packs
  • Managing recruitment processes using systems
  • Regular data management in Agresso

What you will need to have:

  • Previous experience of dealing with recruitment.
  • Broader HR experience.
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Confidence to manage internal stakeholders.
