Project coordinator - LondonSeeking a Project Co-Ordinator at our London office to oversee our supply chain operations.
Graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in project administration required for a busy Office. Attention to detail is a key part of the work. A good telephone manner and well spoken English is essential. If you can work unsupervised within a small friendly team then this position may suit you.
Jobs duties and responsibilities
- _Coordinating with our offices in Africa_
- _Liaise daily with our regional office overseas to ensure production and deliveries are produced on time and in accordance with customer expectations._
- _Arranging factory acceptance tests and other pre-shipment testing requirements for customers by third party agencies._
- _Supporting the Management and Accounting department with all costs related to the project._
- _Work involves, sourcing, preparing offers, placing orders, record keeping, and general administration and answering the phone_
- _Supporting Tender team with preparing back up for submission of bids_
Skills and Experience Required.
- _Prior experience and knowledge of international sales and projects would be an advantage._
- _Ability to understand technical matters._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Able to collaborate efficiently with colleagues and customers._
- _Can do attitude with flexibility to do what is needed to get the job done._
- _Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential._
Salary:
£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
