Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Waiters & Waitress' for our client based in Braintree on a temporary to permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and introducing them to the menus
Taking the customers' orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation
Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments
Preparing and serving drinks to tables
Processing cash and credit card payments and returning change to customers if necessary
Removing used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
Setting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refills condiments
Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

Great communication skills both verbal and written
Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
Honesty and ability to handle transactions in a trustworthy manner
Great stamina, physical strength, and endurance
Excellent customer service skills

Working hours are Monday - Sunday, various shifts available.

In return our client is offering of £9.50 - £12.00 per hour.
