We are looking for a People Systems Support Administrator to work within our People directorate.

This role is suited to someone looking to work in a friendly team and who likes to get the job done to a high standard.

The role is being offered on a part time basis (17.5 hours per week) with working days fixed as Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with flexibility in hours worked over each day.


  • Provide lead administrative support for the People Analytics, Governance & Systems function
  • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of system testing, upgrades, developments, software patches and ongoing IT maintenance to ensure the ongoing viability of the systems to meet organisational requirements.
  • Working with users to troubleshoot issues, and provide 1st Line Support for HR systems queries
Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Have previous experience using an integrated HR/Payroll system
  • Strong capability and understanding Microsoft software, Excel and Outlook in particular.
  • Working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to manage workload

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 5 (National 5/SVQ 2) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
