Duties:
- Work on our Adult Social Care Services' personalisation programme
- Provide specialist social work change management expertise to help deliver a portfolio of complex and transformational projects related to improving personalisation in Adult Social Care
- Support the Associate Director of Adult Social Care to work collaboratively with local people, staff and partners to implement change through redesigning our approach to delivering personalisation
Requirements of the Change Lead:
- Be degree qualified (or equivalent), ideally with an adult social care background and have experience of managing significant change programmes in an Adult Social Care setting
- Current Social Work England registration
- A passionate and highly skills social care professional to shape and develop services to ensure that they fit with our vision of personalised, care and support which is tailored to the individual and capitalises on local networks and communities of support
- Be confident in your practice and values, confident in working and engaging collaboratively with local people and provide advice, guidance and training to staff and Partners
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable working with senior officers and be able to champion agile ways of working
