Customer Service Lead

This role will be pivotal in enabling the Customer Care Team to deliver a best in class service to our new and existing customer base.

The Role:

Support and promote a zero harm culture
Manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Admin Support
Management of learning and development for the team
Ensuring Customer communications are effective and timely
Manage relevant systems for the Customer Care Dept.
Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to jobs
Focal point for Engineers and Customers communications
Ownership of the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all jobs within your remit

The Person:

Minimum of 1 year managing a team to deliver KPI's
Able to demonstrate the ability to lead, coach and develop your team to deliver results
Minimum 1 years experience in a customer care / service environment
Degree educated or have equivalent work experience
Demonstrable excellent communication skills, able to engage positively with external customers, 3rd party suppliers and the wider internal team
Good organisational skills and able to work with competing priorities to successfully resolve issues
