Responsibilities:


  • Payroll
  • CIS Payments
  • Supplier invoices input into Sage
  • Month end supplier run
  • Invoicing clients from Sage
  • Overheads input into Sage
  • Sage reporting
  • Checking bank reconciliations
  • Chasing debtors
  • Trial balances
  • P+L reporting on projects
  • Valuation dates for running projects
  • Oversee the job costings along with project management team.
  • Purchase orders into job costing report
  • Materials into job costing report
  • Labour recording into Job costing report
  • Ad hoc admin

Requirements:


  • Proven book keeping experience
  • An excellent work ethic
  • A desire to learn and take on additional duties
  • Ability to multitask, meeting deadlines but with a good attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
