Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- CIS Payments
- Supplier invoices input into Sage
- Month end supplier run
- Invoicing clients from Sage
- Overheads input into Sage
- Sage reporting
- Checking bank reconciliations
- Chasing debtors
- Trial balances
- P+L reporting on projects
- Valuation dates for running projects
- Oversee the job costings along with project management team.
- Purchase orders into job costing report
- Materials into job costing report
- Labour recording into Job costing report
- Ad hoc admin
Requirements:
- Proven book keeping experience
- An excellent work ethic
- A desire to learn and take on additional duties
- Ability to multitask, meeting deadlines but with a good attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sensitivity to confidential matters.
