    Description

    Area Sales Manager for Residential One-Off Installers

    Maintaining existing relationships and growing business with installers across the TA, EX, PL, TQ, TR postcodes.

    The Role:

    We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the Baxi residential one-off region, targeting sales of domestic solutions including gas boilers, ASHPs, unvented cylinder ranges, and Heatrae Sadia products through merchants and electrical wholesalers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with merchants and electrical wholesalers to promote and sell the Baxi product range.
    • Pull through sales from installers to merchants via trade events, face-to-face appointments, and telephone contact.

    About You:

    This role requires a highly motivated individual who can develop and execute a journey plan to find new business opportunities within the installer and merchant sectors.

    Requirements:

    • Self-motivated with experience in the industry or a strong ability to work independently.
    • Effective communication skills to engage with installers and merchants about the features and benefits of Baxi products.
    • Able to build trusting relationships with Key Account Merchants for mutual benefit.
