CRM DATABASE MANAGER

BRISTOL - HYBRID

UP TO £50,000 + BONUS
**THE COMPANY
**This top 50 full services Law Firm has a great range of clients across public and private sectors They are looking to utilise their CRM by hiring this CRM Database Manager.


THE ROLE
As a CRM Database Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Sitting within the Business Development and Marketing department
  • Implementing the new CRM system Peppermint
  • Partnering with all of the stakeholders as well as other partners and managers and advise them on CRM best practice
  • Be the expert and point of contact on CRM
  • Understanding the system and fixing any issues
  • Manage supplier systems

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Peppermint experience is ideal
  • Experience implementing a new CRM would be great
  • Experience working in a Law firm or similar environment is preferable but not a must
  • Stakeholder management skills are ideal
