Mechanical Associate Director - Building Services

City of London

£80,000 / £90,000 + Benefits


A tight knitted medium sized company who have a great reputation in the market are looking for a Mechanical Associate Director to be the face of the mechanical side of the company.

This company has 2 offices in the UK. London and Oxford.

They are over 100 strong in total with around 50 members of the team in London.

This company work in a range of different sectors which vary in project size, Commercial, residential, hotels, retail and education are just some of the sectors they specialise in.


The role is looking for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background to represent the business and help expand by bringing in new clients as well as developing them with existing clients.

Being able to successfully run teams will be a big advantage as they have a strong team in place at the moment but you will be expected to run the mechanical side of the business in London.


You will have to be technically strong as you will be meeting very high profile architects and be heading up the design side of things with the assistance of Principals and Seniors in office.
