- Agile Mindset: Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for continuous improvement.

Areti Group is excited to partner with a Series funded startup poised for rapid expansion, growing by 40 heads in the next 3 months We are urgently seeking x8 Fullstack Tech leads to join their high-performing team. This fully remote role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects for an innovative and fast-growing company. Travel for on-site collaboration once a month will be fully covered.
We're looking for Tech leads who want to still be hands on whilst leading a number of technical projects with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, and a passion for learning and embracing new tech.
