What You'll Do:
SNTV has been the world's leading sports video partner since its inception in 1996.

We were created as a joint venture between The Associated Press and IMG, combining our expertise to ensure our cameras and crew can be in place anywhere in the world putting our global network of media partners inside every story.

We specialise in providing a unique and unrivalled blend of premium sports action and sports video news for both broadcasters and digital publishers globally.

Our video content is produced and curated by our dedicated editorial teams across the globe.


The Commercial Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible providing support and taking ownership of the commercial administration tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the team.

The role is London based, with a hybrid working pattern, working in the office two days a week.


This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administration skills and is looking to enter the world of sports and media.


Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Manage the set up of new clients and accurate entry of invoicing details onto internal billing system to generate and issue invoices.
  • Coordinate the signature of contracts and file with relevant internal departments.
  • Data entry of contracts onto Sales Force including regular updates to contract status and values.
  • Compile and distribute monthly reports across departments to include debtor updates to relevant sales executives.
  • Fielding enquires from clients onto relevant business division.
  • Manage website registrations and trial requests.
  • Coordinate with marketing on the regular updates of the CRM.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Office administration experience
  • Ability to learn and closely follow business practices, resources and personnel within SNTV
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Numerate and analytical in order to understand and interpret data
  • Ability to present at all levels both internally and externally
  • Experience of working in sports/entertainment media would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
  • Team player and a selfstarter
  • Committed to client service excellence and quality business relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
