Permanent, full time (37.5 hrs p/w)
The Company:
Bluebell Group are a leading London property maintenance contractor working in both residential and commercial buildings.
We serve clients predominantly in South West and Central London, but do also undertake breakdowns and projects in other areas withinthe M25.
From reactive to planned maintenance, fault diagnostics and installations we provide our clients with the complete service.
Our large client base consists of private homes, estate agents, landlords and businesses who need plumbing, gas and heating/boiler repairs, maintenance services, new installations and landlord certificates.
The Role:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years experience delivering domestic gas services.
- Gas safe registered
- Must hold G3 unvented qualification
- Must have full clean UK driving licence and be confident driving through London to different work locations throughout the day.
Ideal Requirements:
- Commercial plumbing and heating experience.
- Excellent customer skills.
- Experience in managing a diary and workload, using PDA system completing on site job reports, ordering materials, speaking to wholesalers etc.
- Experience in quoting jobs.
