Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for an
HR Advisorfor their Higher Education client based in London NW1. You should ideally come from the Higher Education Sector for this role.

This HR Advisor role sits within the Culture and Engagement Team within the People Directorate and will report to the HR Business Partner.

The role will be on a 12months Fixed Term Basis with possible permanent options after the fixed term duration.

Main Responsibilities:

HR Advisor

Human Resources

Escalation point for complex HR queries
First line support to Managers and ongoing advice on discipline, grievance, sickness, and performance management cases
Design, deliver and continually improve induction and onboarding programmes for Researchers & operational staff of varying seniority.
Provide minute taking at employee relations and other HR meetings
Ensuring all employee relations information is up to date and refreshed on intranet
Conducting exit interviews and communicating feedback as appropriate
Supporting managers in dealing with probation reviews
Supporting the Annual Performance Review process
Identify and implement improvements to policies and procedures
Regular review meetings with management regarding teams
Provide advice and guidance to Managers on reasonable adjustment requests
Member of EDI Advisory Group and any other relevant groups

**Experience Required:

HR Advisor**
Essential:
Graduate
(MUST)

CIPD or equiv HR Qualifications (DESIRABLE)

HR Background from the Higher Education Sector
(++MASSIVELY DESIRABLE)

**HR Advice, Grievance, Sickness and Performance Management Case experience
(MUST)

23years+ HR Advisor Experience
(MUST)

This
HR Advisorrole, is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract position based in London N1, starting ASAP working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

The Salary will be paying £40,000 + Excellent Benefits. The role will be a Hybrid role, 2 days Office and 3 days Remote. Starting January 2023
