Description

The Head of Professional Education, Apprenticeships and Careers position (HoPE) is an exciting, stimulating and varied role leading on the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative and research-led professional education and workforce development.

The post-holder will develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships across our Trust and with our many ICS and education partners, being a visible, accessible and authoritative presence.

The post-holder will lead on Preceptorship, Clinical Skills, Student Placements, Development Opportunities, Apprenticeships and TNA's amongst other education and development initiatives.

Integration of Simulation Based Education into Non-Medical education and development is also integral to this role, along with developing new and exciting opportunities to widen participation to education and development.
