Part Time Sales Operations Specialist

Optibrium is a growing technology company dedicated to providing elegant software to guide successful drug discovery. Our primary product, StarDrop, helps scientists in the design and selection of high-quality potential drug molecules.

We have recently launched a new platform, Augmented Chemistry, bringing leading-edge artificial intelligence technologies to supplement the experience of expert scientists.

The first product in this platform is Cerella, which applies deep learning imputation to guide drug discovery projects. Other products are under active development to extend our range of unique software solutions.


We are looking for
an experienced and highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist who has experience with Salesforce to work alongside our sales team.

The role is responsible for optimizing the success of the company's sales team by managing the reporting of sales goals, projections, and processes.

You will be creating and implementing sales processes, working with sales leadership on planning and strategizing sales goals, and maintaining customer procurement and contract details.


Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Manage the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring protocols are followed, and data accuracy and integrity are maintained
  • Develop user stories, and process flows to support the ongoing development of Salesforce
  • Utilise data from Salesforce to help improve the sales cycle and process efficiency
  • Partner with the Sales team to refine the lead qualification process and analyse and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Generate and communicate regular and ad hoc reports and analyses on sales performance
  • Track and analyse key metrics, including pipeline growth
  • Own the endtoend process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
  • Maintain regular checkins with Sales Managers, Sales teams, and others involved
  • Maintain procurement and contract records to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan
  • To demonstrate effective framework building.
