The Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reduce debtor days in line with agreed targets

Implement best practice procedures in cash collection

Ensure that all payments are accurately allocated and processed

Maintain log of all credit control activities

Processing of requests for credits or re-issues

Produce and analyse end of month ageing reports

Liaise with Partners / Solicitors to ensure timely resolution of queries

Build on-going relations with clients

Monitors and collects outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets

Management of ebilling portals to include invoice uploads, budget and time keeper entries, dealing with queries from clients and colleagues

Other finance duties that may be required

Skills and Experience required:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control preferably within Professional Services

Previous experience using eBilling Platforms

Strong attention to detail

MS Office Skills essential

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organisation
