Description

Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5 and nearly 1000 reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Recovery Navigator to work in North London on a full-time basis.

The salary for this permanent Recovery Navigator job is £25,154 per annum.


Main Duties:


  • Perform risk assessments and conduct initial and comprehensive evaluations. Develop and update action plans and produce session and endofservice reports.
  • Conduct both oneonone sessions and group work or program facilitation as outlined in action plans. Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Refer and Monitor system requirements.
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships through effective communication and liaison with all stakeholders. Offer guidance to relevant agencies to improve access and support for the POP program.
  • Collaborate closely with probation and substance misuse services.
  • Provide assistance with attending community appointments.
  • Participate and contribute to key meetings such as team meetings and multidisciplinary reviews, sharing information appropriately.

Requirements of the Recovery Navigator:


  • Proficient understanding and background in the criminal justice sector.
  • Extensive expertise in the substance misuse field or related areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle substantial caseloads, conduct risk/comprehensive assessments, develop SMART action plans, and maintain effective case records.
  • Proven track record in delivering both oneonone and group interventions utilizing motivational techniques and traumainformed approaches.
  • Previous involvement with treatment and/or healthcare services.
  • Capability to establish and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Effective collaboration with key partners to achieve successful outcomes.
