Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

Duties will include:

Supporting the site manager from a hands on perspective
Distribution of materials to the site teams
Opening and closing of the site daily
Ensure the project has all necessary materials and plant
Report site progress weekly to Contracts Manager / Head Office
Assist in the preparation of monthly Contractors Report for the formal site meetings
Develop and maintain good working relationships with design team/client and supply chain
Effective daily use of appropriate company information Systems and databases
Liaise with client team and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care

The successful Site supervisor will:

Have SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates all in date
Have worked on construction EWI projects
Good knowledge of Contracts
Broad range of experience in refurbishment contracts
Be committed to delivering a quality product
Good communication and IT skills

Salary:
Competitive salary

Pay:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
