A leading provider of surface treatment services to the aerospace industry are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

You would be joining a very exciting business during a point of pivotalgrowth, on a permanent basis where you will receive excellent benefits.

What will you be doing?

Communicating with customers on production progress; keeping a good communication flow with customers; advising and answering questions or concerns; taking calls etc.
Attending meetings with customers to support effective communication; feeding back to the production team as needed.
Raising and administrating Purchase Orders for Subcontract operations of customer's parts.
Communicate with the team regarding customer information and updates.

Who & what are we looking for?

Previous customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
A customer focused, positive 'can do' attitude with both internal and external customers.
Ability to work as part of a team working flexibly and collaboratively to solve problems, alwaysaiming to exceed departmental targets.
Strong IT literacy, specifically Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
