Part of the THL global network, RV Super Centre are the Service and Sales branch of Just go Motorhomes.

The RV Super Centre are NCC approved and supply quality tried and tested motorhomes to both the new comer and experienced motorhomer.

Due to the ongoing success of our depot in Broxburn, with a 15,000 square foot accident repair and mechanical workshop, we have recently invested in a new commercial spray booth and are now looking for a spray painter/ panel beater technician to join the team.

The role:

Below is a list of responsibilities which whilst comprehensive, is not exhaustive:

• Ensure you are able to deliver internal and external smart repairs
• Effectively work with all team members across the whole company
• Ensure customer satisfaction is at the core everything you do
• Book out all parts and consumables used in the way prescribed by the company
• Engage in the ongoing and improving health and safety measures in the department
• Ensure that all aspects of PPE and working practices are adhered to at all times
• Use the training available to you working towards the next level in your professional development at all times
• Maintain appropriate working conditions and equipment for yourself
• Attend and engage in your monthly reviews and annual PDR's
• Effectively maintain the Just go fleet and RVSC sales vehicles
• Upload all warranty claims using the appropriate systems and see the jobs to conclusion
• Work in a way which promotes a sustainable approach to body repairs

About you:

• Proven experience of working in an effective aftersales or Bodyshop environment
• A work history evidencing the effective carrying out of body repairs
• An eye for detail and quality
  Business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
• Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding workplace
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
• A strong work ethic and professional approach to the workplace and colleagues
• Target driven and passionate to achieve

Job Types:

Salary:
£34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
