We're excited to share that we're recruiting for a Lettings Compliance Coordinator who will coordinate activities to ensure that as a managing agent in the residential to rent sector within the UK & Ireland, Fresh are an exemplar in the industry.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be liaising with the Client & Resident Services Team and Property Team managing diary administration and administrative procedures, collating information, and supporting with the submission of compliance related documentation ensuring work is accurate and completed within given deadlines.

As part of the role, you'll be coordinating Licensing & HMO compliance and ensuring good practice in letting and managing residential properties as required by a variety of accreditation schemes and regulatory authorities including but not limited to ANUK, ARLA, PRS, UKAA, Rent Smart Wales, Scottish Letting Agency and PSRA as appropriate to the region.

About you

We're looking for a highly organised person who has strong administrative skills and can effectively manage their own workload.

It's essential that you're able to use the MS office suite and have experience of using in-house / bespoke IT systems.

Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to have a strong interest or working knowledge of lettings compliance and will have worked within the residential to rent industry.

Communication will be key to the success of the post holder, so we're looking for a confident communicator who can liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
