What you'll be doing

Collaborate within your team to excel in sales conversations and tailor solutions for our customers.
Ensure topnotch customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and promptly addressing any concerns.
Manage escalation calls efficiently to minimise complaints, with timely followups to customers.
Champion our network to every customer and ensure your team does the same.
Master both EE and BT products and services along with their competitors.
Lead a team of up to 15 Advisors, translating vision into actionable plans.
Inspire and empower your team to excel, fostering excitement about EE/BT.
Provide individualised coaching and development, fostering a supportive environment.
Address underperformance promptly and provide constructive feedback.
Keep your team informed and motivated through regular, informative briefings.
Manage team efficiency, attendance, and performance metrics effectively.
Continuously drive performance, holding your team accountable for targets.
Uphold high standards and analyse performance data to drive improvement.
Balance customer needs with commercial objectives effectively.
Maintain a highperforming team while managing time and priorities effectively.

The skills you'll need

Customer focus
Excellent leadership and people skills and experience of managing high performing teams
Highly effective, motivational, communication and influencing skills
Ability to lead through change
Sound analytical skills and ability to maintain detailed focus on operational metrics
Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and performance enhancements
Excellent analytical and numeracy skills and business objects knowledge
