What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate within your team to excel in sales conversations and tailor solutions for our customers.
  • Ensure topnotch customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Manage escalation calls efficiently to minimise complaints, with timely followups to customers.
  • Champion our network to every customer and ensure your team does the same.
  • Master both EE and BT products and services along with their competitors.
  • Lead a team of up to 15 Advisors, translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Inspire and empower your team to excel, fostering excitement about EE/BT.
  • Provide individualised coaching and development, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Address underperformance promptly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Keep your team informed and motivated through regular, informative briefings.
  • Manage team efficiency, attendance, and performance metrics effectively.
  • Continuously drive performance, holding your team accountable for targets.
  • Uphold high standards and analyse performance data to drive improvement.
  • Balance customer needs with commercial objectives effectively.
  • Maintain a highperforming team while managing time and priorities effectively.
