What you'll be doing
- Collaborate within your team to excel in sales conversations and tailor solutions for our customers.
- Ensure topnotch customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Manage escalation calls efficiently to minimise complaints, with timely followups to customers.
- Champion our network to every customer and ensure your team does the same.
- Master both EE and BT products and services along with their competitors.
- Lead a team of up to 15 Advisors, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Inspire and empower your team to excel, fostering excitement about EE/BT.
- Provide individualised coaching and development, fostering a supportive environment.
- Address underperformance promptly and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep your team informed and motivated through regular, informative briefings.
- Manage team efficiency, attendance, and performance metrics effectively.
- Continuously drive performance, holding your team accountable for targets.
- Uphold high standards and analyse performance data to drive improvement.
- Balance customer needs with commercial objectives effectively.
- Maintain a highperforming team while managing time and priorities effectively.

- Excellent leadership and people skills and experience of managing high performing teams
- Highly effective, motivational, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to lead through change
- Sound analytical skills and ability to maintain detailed focus on operational metrics
- Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and performance enhancements
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills and business objects knowledge
