We are looking for a Risk & Assurance Officer to join our small but expanding Risk team.

Reporting into our Senior Risk & Assurance Officer, you will support with the delivery and day to day management and oversight of the overall risk management framework for the Society.

You will be central to the delivery of the Society's due diligence framework and will have responsibility for overseeing the Society's policy framework.

We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to build relationships at all levels and a creative approach to problem solving.

As well as someone who has a high level of self-awareness and the ability to get the best out of people.

Whilst 1 to 2 years Risk Management experience is desirable it is not essential, particularly if you have prior experience of working within financial services, or are working towards relevant Risk Management qualifications.
