If so, this Business Development Director role in Manchester could be perfect for you Podium Recruitment is helping an independent business finance broker expand its team, andthe role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Business Development Director, you'll be working for one of the UK's largest business finance brokers and NACFB Broker of the Year for two years running.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Develop business relationships in core sectors whilst managing clients produced from the firm's central lead generation function
Position and sell the company's services
Use your sales skills to find new business opportunities for the business.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a proven industry track record - evidence will need to be provided

Additional requirements include:

A minimum of two years of finance sales experience
Excellent organisational, workload management and professional relationshipbuilding skills
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to spot opportunities and grow revenuebased relationships.
