Rock Estates have just moved into their new office in Needham Market and looking to add to their growing team

Estate Agent
Full-time, Permanent


Base Salary:
£20,000pa - £30,000pa

Plus uncapped bonus scheme

8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 8:30am - 3:00pm (day off in lieu).


The role:

• Registering clients and matching requirements
• Social media marketing
• Confidently communicating on the phone
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Building a strong rapport with sellers and prospective buyers
• Successfully negotiating offers
• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
• Property filming and photography
• Creating property details
• General administration duties

• Successful track record as an Estate Agent
• Career focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus, and a wish to join a successful and growing business
• Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
• Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial, with a natural flair for dealing with people and the ability to build strong relationships
• Proactive thinker who maximises opportunities
• A team player who enjoys a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
• Full UK driving licence is essential
