Key responsibilities:

  • Managing statutory certification
  • PPM maintenance
  • Dealing with the Regulator
  • Managing contractors
  • Managing significant reactive repairs
- able to make the right judgements on when to use contractors or do in house

  • Confidence to make decisions
  • Oversee project work
  • Supervision of small maintenance team
