JOB DESCRIPTION - Project Coordinator - Events

Location:

Primary office base either 1000 Lakeside, North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 3EN with travel to various locations in Hampshire and West Sussex including New Forest, Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester and Alton.


Job Type: 30 hours a week, Term-Time only


Salary:
£16, £23,000 FTE) per annum

Reporting to the Head of Business, Marketing, Events and Work Experience and working closely with schools, colleges, sixth forms and businesses, the Project Manager for Events is responsible for setting up, facilitating, delivering and overseeing large and small scale career inspiration events across Hampshire and surrounding areas.

They will also support the delivery of in school events and our employer engagement project.

In addition the Project Coordinator will help to secure business sponsorship for programmes and events including 'in kind' support as directed by EBP's business strategy.

First stage interviews will be held virtually on Friday 9th February 2024 and a second stage in-person interview will be held on Tuesday 13th February 2023.
