Dental Receptionist with progression

Are you looking for career progression? As our Pinner-based dental practice

develops, you and your career prospects will progress in tandem.

A unique opportunity has arisen for someone to join us on a part-time basis initially as dental receptionist with the plan to grow both in days and career to become practice manager.

Full training and mentorship will be provided.

We are recruiting initially for two days a week (one must be a Wednesday).

Thorough training will be provided.

Overall role

To deliver the kind of welcome our patients and team expect, in line with brand standards and legal requirements
To ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and efficiently
To assist the business to grow and attract new patients by engaging prospective patients in a welcoming and informative manner
To act as a champion and a positive point of contact for everyone in the business
To direct the journey of patients effectively and efficiently throughout the practice

Essential skills and experience

A caring and sympathetic nature
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, telephone) the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals
A smart appearance and professional attitude
A good work ethic and high standards
An ability to work under pressure
Initiative and a willingness to take responsibility and a passion for career progression
A positive, team player
