Key Responsibilities:***-
Assist in maintenance of Customer contact spreadsheet

Reply to Customer queries where information is available

Direct queries, when necessary, to suitable Colleagues and Managers for response

Liaise with colleagues and Managers to meet timescales

Assist Colleagues and Managers to compose suitable responses to Customers

Assist external colleagues, particularly, Customer Service Centre in obtaining information

To actively foster a positive staff morale.
