With a firm belief that financial planning is for everyone and should be tailored to meet financial goals and objectives, they provide advice in areas such as Investments (including Socially Responsible investing), Business Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Protection, Mortgages and Equity Release.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Financial Planning team for a part-time Tax Specialist to work closely with Financial Planners to assist clients in the preparation and submission of their annual tax returns.

The role is ideally suited to someone who is a self starter who enjoys working in a team and who has a high level of attention to detail alongside an interest in taxation.

• Completion and electronic submission of annual trust and personal tax returns.
• Requirement to understand income and expenditure accounts for lettings and rental property.
• Excellent understanding of HMRC requirements for tax return.
• Occasional requirement to assist clients with submission of IHT/Probate returns.

• Ideally ATT qualified or a CTA (will consider ACCA).
