Description

We are currently looking for a Part-Time (22.5hrs Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) Receptionist to join our busy Inpatient Administration Team based at The Orchards in Portsmouth (onsite Parking available).

You will work alongside Reception, Administrative and Secretarial colleagues supporting our Inpatient Wards Clinical Staff and Doctors, as well as liaise in person and by telephone with patients, patients families/Carer's and Professionals alike.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work flexibly, multitask and prioritise your work throughout the day, as well as enjoy a varied workload.

You will be comfortable working alone or with colleagues and will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Applications; knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage though full training will be given.

Our Inpatient team provide acute care to Portsmouth patients and work closely with our Community Teams based at St Mary's Portsmouth (where we have award winning chef's serving up culinary delights).
